Shipping:
Shipping and handling will be charged a flat fee of $10.00 and sent via USPS priority mail. All orders over $200 will be shipped FREE. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. For all overnight and international shipments, please contact admin@naturaldocinabox.com for appropriate shipping rates and options.

Product Return Policy:
We provide friendly customer service. Items to be returned must be in resalable condition, unopened, with the safety seal intact. All returns must receive pre-approval, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please contact us via email at admin@naturaldocsinabox.com within 7 days from receipt of goods. If your return request is approved, items must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Please repack the products sufficiently to ensure that there will be no breakage during shipping. Product damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packing will not be credited.

Damaged Goods:
We carefully package our orders, but in the event of damage in shipping, please notify us immediately at admin@naturaldocsinabox.com. It is important that the original packaging be saved in order to file a claim with the carrier.
